4v4 Soccer

U6-U8 Age Group

Main Goal: Individual ball control

What They Practice: Dribbling and scoring

How They Play: No positions or goalies

The Vibe: High energy and fun

Training and Game Structure
  • Train once per week (Fall and Spring)
  • Compete in SLYSA League (Fall and Spring)
  • Participate in Winter Indoor League

7v7 Soccer

U9-U10 Age Group

Main Goal: Sharing the ball

What They Practice: Connecting passes and introducing the goal player position.

How They Play: Spreading out into shapes

The Vibe: Basic teamwork

  • Train twice per week (Fall and Spring)
  • Compete in SLYSA League (Fall and Spring)
  • Participate in Winter Indoor League and Tournaments

9v9 Soccer

U11-U12 Age Group

Main Goal: Learning field positions

What They Practice: Long kicks and defending

How They Play: Attackers, midfielders, defenders split

The Vibe: Strategy and communication

How They Play: Advanced playbooks and formations

Join us at Union Middle School for our upcoming kickarounds and official tryouts. Free registration is required prior to attending.

  • Youth Boys (U11 – U13)
  • Birth Window: August 1, 2013 – July 31, 2016
  • Formats: U11 & U12 (9v9), U13 (11v11 transition year)
  • Schedule: Tuesdays, 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM


  • High School Boys (U16 & U18)
  • Birth Window: August 1, 2007 – July 31, 2011
  • Formats: 11v11 Competitive
  • Schedule: Fridays, 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
