History in the Making: FCSC U16 Riptide Heads to the MO President’s Cup

Alex Moraes • October 16, 2026

Driven by passion, backed by community, and ready for the state's biggest stage.

This coming weekend marks a monumental milestone in the history of Franklin County Sports Club (FCSC). For the very first time, FCSC is sending a High School Girls team to compete in the Missouri President’s Cup!

Our FCSC U16 Riptide Girls are stepping onto the pitch to represent our club, our community, and years of relentless hard work. Making it to this level is a testament to the dedication of these young athletes, their coaches, and the unwavering support of their families.

An extraordinary moment like this doesn't happen in a vacuum. We owe a immense debt of gratitude to our generous sponsor, Auto Body Brothers. Their commitment to local youth sports and belief in our athletes made this historic trip possible. Thanks to their sponsorship, our U16 Riptide girls can focus on what they do best: competing at the highest level.

Embracing the Challenge: No Shortcuts to Success

We know the opposition this weekend will be tough. The MO President’s Cup brings together some of the most competitive teams in the state, but at FCSC, we don't back down from a challenge.

Our philosophy has always been clear: there are no shortcuts to success. True youth soccer development doesn't happen in easy victories—it happens when players are pushed to their limits against a high benchmark of competition. Win, lose, or draw, stepping onto the field against top-tier opponents is how our players grow into stronger athletes and resilient leaders.

Show Your FCSC Pride!

To our U16 Riptide players and coaches: play with heart, leave it all on the field, and know that your entire club stands behind you. You’ve already made history—now go make your mark!

To our FCSC family, friends, and supporters: let’s make some noise! Pack the sidelines, wear your club gear, and help us cheer on the U16 Riptide as they take on the state's best this weekend at Creve Coeur Soccer Park.

Go Riptide! Bring the energy, roll FCSC!
