At Franklin County Sports Club (FCSC), our mission has always been simple: raise the standard of youth athletics in East-Central Missouri by setting high coaching standards, and structured development pathways right here in our backyard.

Today, we are thrilled to mark a monumental milestone in our growth.

Franklin County Sports Club is officially expanding beyond the pitch to launch Basketball as our second official sport, alongside our dedicated Performance Training offering.

What started as a premier soccer development pathway has evolved into a multi-sport ecosystem designed to build athletic confidence, technical mastery, and long-term movement literacy for young athletes across Franklin County.

Three Core Offerings. One Standard of Excellence.

Whether your athlete is stepping onto the field, hitting the court, or working on foundational movement, FCSC provides a unified, athlete-centered environment across three distinct pillars:

1. FCSC Soccer

Our foundational program continues to deliver structured developmental pathways, technical skills academies, and competitive team opportunities designed to master ball control, spatial awareness, and decision-making under pressure.

2. FCSC Basketball

Official youth basketball skill development has officially arrived in Franklin County, MO! Aligned with USA Basketball and national Jr. NBA/WNBA developmental standards, our basketball arm launches this fall with the FCSC Court Mastery: Fall Skills Academy at East Central College. Focused on dynamic ball-handling, footwork, finishing mechanics, and court IQ, our basketball programs bring high-repetition, low-ratio coaching to local hoopers.

3. FCSC Performance Training

Athletic development doesn't happen by accident. Our Performance Training pillar focuses on multi-directional speed, agility, functional strength, motor control, and injury prevention—equipping athletes across all sports with the athletic foundation needed to excel on the pitch or the court.

Why Multi-Sport Development Matters

Modern sports science is clear: young athletes thrive when they build broad athletic bases rather than specializing too early.

By offering Soccer, Basketball, and Performance Training under one unified club umbrella, FCSC makes it seamless for local families to access elite multi-sport training without driving 45+ minutes to major metro hubs. The footwork learned on the soccer pitch enhances court vision in basketball; the lateral quickness built in performance training powers explosive first steps in both sports.
