Alex Moraes • March 16, 2025

One Club. One Goal. Welcome to Franklin County Sports Club!

Soccer in Franklin County is evolving, and we’re proud to introduce Franklin County Sports Club (FCSC)—a competitive soccer club dedicated to developing players for high school, college, and beyond. Our mission is to elevate the quality of soccer in Union, MO, and surrounding areas by providing top-tier training, a supportive community, and a clear pathway to success on and off the field.

Meet Our Leadership Team

FCSC is guided by a passionate team of soccer advocates with a shared vision for player development and community growth:

  • Alex Moraes – President & Executive Director
  • Scott Alberson – Vice President & Treasurer
  • Jason Schmelz – Secretary

Together, we are committed to fostering an environment where young athletes can thrive while representing Franklin County with pride.

Why FCSC?

Franklin County has long needed a dedicated, high-level soccer program to bridge the gap between youth development and competitive play. FCSC was founded to:

✅ Provide elite training opportunities for local players
✅ Build a competitive club culture rooted in teamwork and sportsmanship
✅ Offer pathways to collegiate and professional soccer
✅ Strengthen the soccer community in Franklin County

We are excited to embark on this journey and invite YOU to be part of it!
