Goal for Good: Soccer for a Cause — Presented by Jonathan Pickens, Thrivent Financial Advisor

Franklin County Sports Club is proud to spotlight our Silver Sponsor, Jonathan Pickens – Financial Advisor at Thrivent. Jonathan is not just a supporter of youth soccer — he’s a passionate community leader who believes in giving back.

That passion inspired him to launch Goal for Good, an annual adult soccer tournament with a mission: bring the community together through the game we love, raise funds, and share the proceeds with local organizations making a real impact — including Franklin County Sports Club.

This year’s tournament will benefit four incredible nonprofits:

  • 🏞 Life’s River – offering hope and healing through counseling and support programs.
  • 🏑 Bethel Hills Community – creating homes and community for adults with developmental disabilities.
  • πŸ‘• Franklin County Foster Closet – providing essential items for foster families and children in need.
  • ⚽ Franklin County Sports Club – helping us grow competitive soccer opportunities for youth in our area.
