FCSC Explodes with 81.2% Year-Over-Year Growth Following Record-Breaking Tryouts!

June 17, 2026

161 players, 10 competitive teams, and our historic first U16 High School Girls squad set the stage for an unforgettable 26/27 season.

The energy at the pitch during tryouts week was absolutely electric, and the numbers are officially in. We are thrilled to announce that Franklin County SC has achieved a staggering 81.2% year-over-year growth in our competitive soccer program!
A record-breaking 161 players registered and showed up to put their skills on display. Our coaching staff worked tirelessly throughout the week, evaluating incredible talent and structuring rosters for what is shaping up to be the most exciting chapter in our club’s history.

Expanding the FCSC Footprint

Because of this massive influx of talent and community support, FCSC is expanding from 8 select teams to 10 competitive teams for the upcoming 26/27 season.
This expansion includes a monumental milestone for our club: the launch of our first-ever U16 High School Girls team . Providing a pathway for high school athletes to develop, compete, and showcase their talents locally has long been a goal for FCSC, and we cannot wait to see these young women hit the pitch in our official Puma gear this fall.

The Momentum is Just Getting Started

What makes this 81.2% growth even more incredible is that we aren't even finished yet. Over the next few months, we will be hosting our upcoming High School Boys tryouts, which will expand our competitive program even further.
To our returning families: thank you for your continued trust and loyalty. To our new families: welcome to the FCSC family! We are building something truly special here in Franklin County, combining top-tier player development with a tight-knit, supportive community culture.
Get ready, FCSC. The 26/27 season is going to be one for the record books!
